We as humans compare ourselves to define where we stand in a group, and what actions we can take to improve our performance or position.
When does comparison become unhealthy and detrimental?
Comparing ourselves to others is a natural human tendency, but becomes detrimental when it starts to breed dissatisfaction with yourself and your life.
